These Terms of Services govern your access and use of our website, as well as the professional business registration, notarial drafting, SBU competency certifications, and general corporate licensing consultancies we provide in Indonesia.

1. Terms of Use

By browsing this website or contacting our legal consultants, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms of Services and agree to comply with all applicable local guidelines and laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

2. Scope of Consulting Services

Jakarta Legal ID provides professional licensing assistance. We act as your authorized corporate representative to process legal filings (such as PT PMA/PMDN notarial deeds, tax numbers, and OSS risk-based business permits). Our services are executed based on structured corporate proposals signed prior to processing.

3. Client Obligations and Document Authenticity

To ensure successful processing, the client agrees to:

Provide accurate, complete, and authentic documentation (such as investor passports, KTP cards, tax numbers, and office domicile leases).
Maintain a lawful scope of business that conforms strictly to the BKPM positive investment list and Indonesian KBLI codes.

Jakarta Legal ID holds zero liability for any penalties, delays, or rejections resulting from falsified, inaccurate, or forged documents provided by the client.

4. Fees and Payment Terms

All fees for corporate establishment packages (such as local PT setup at IDR 13,500,000 or foreign PT PMA at IDR 18,500,000) are fully itemized in our proposals. Unless specified otherwise, payments must be processed according to the payment schedules (e.g. upfront retaining deposit) before our legal associates begin filing procedures with BPN, notaries, or ministries.

5. Limitation of Liability

Jakarta Legal ID is a private consulting agency. While we guarantee professional, timely document handling, we hold no liability for delays caused directly by government server downtime (such as OSS RBA system failures), changes in foreign investment laws by ministries, or client failures to comply with local zoning and domicile regulations.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Services and any legal consultancy contracts signed with Jakarta Legal ID are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the South Jakarta District Court.
